My mom wanted a pedicure before her upcoming surgery and chose KN, so my daughter and I joined her. Mom has a lot of mobility issues and needed help getting into the chair, and the KN staff was thoughtful, helpful, and gentle with her so she didn't injure herself. Mom also has lack of feeling in one foot, and often has pain in her legs and feet; once again the KN staff was careful and gentle, listening carefully to my mom's needs and making sure she was comfortable. They also patiently answered all of my 5 year old daughter's questions and treated her with lots of kindness. I’m turning 50, my daughters treated me to a spa day. Needless to say I’ve had many mani/pedis in my lifetime. However, I’ve never experienced the genuine heartfelt care for myself or my gals as I did today. This was our first time at kn nails and will not be the last! The incredible care and service was awesome! Yen the owner even booked me a hair appointment next door for the same day!I can’t say enough about these wonderful people!I’ll come back here every time I visit my kids now.Thank you all for making me feel like I had a personal glam squad, especially just being a walk-in nobody!Services: Acrylic nails

I've finally found a nail salon that I love and will be coming back too as a regular costumer! Great customer service each time, and i love that it's right next door to West Pecan Coffee too! :)
