When I called for an estimate, they were quick and responsive. They were also quick arranging and performing the initial measurements. It took a little over three months before the windows arrived and were ready to be installed, but, that was beyond Empire's control and was due to supply chain issues and we were informed and well aware it could take 3-4 months so this is not a complaint. They called on a Wed to arrange for a Monday install, Called on a Fri to confirm and called Promptly on Mon before arrival. The were quick, efficient, quiet and clean. The windows look great. Very happy with the result. We'll have to see just how good the windows are with noise... read full review

NO SHOW.Made an appointment with Jennifer for 3/11/2021 for a repair estimate on the ceiling panels on my back porch after our pipes froze and broke with the Austin freeze in February. She gave me a window of 8am - 12n. She still wasn't here at 1:07 pm so I called to find out the status. The Call went straight to VM so I left a message with an inquiry referencing the 8 - 12n window for the appointment. It is now 5:30pm and still no call back, not even to offer an apology. This business showed its true colors. I have them blacklisted since I want to make sure I never ever make the mistake of considering this business again for any future jobs.
