Christine is mean and very disrespectful! I have been getting serviced at this location for years, but only very recently started getting lashes out on by Christine. She guaranteed me that the lashes would stay on two weeks, but when I allowed her to put lashes on me, one of them came completely off within 1 day. I told her about it and she got really mad at me. In fact she talked very loudly to me and about me to the other workers. She confirmed that she did this. I asked her if she would fix the lash and she then lied and said she did not guarantee her work. That is untrue because she told me they would stay on for two weeks. I recorded her interaction with me and will be filing a better business bureau complaint. Do yourself a favor and do not go to this shop! They have no loyalty to their customers!

customers/clients be ware10505 broadway - walmart locationregal nails in walmart will charge your debit/credit card an additional amount after you leave. this has happened to numerous customers. pay with cash only. it happened to me. verify your receipt against your bank statement. this is considered theft!!!!!

I really miss my pedicure with Anne during this Covid-19 quarantine. I'm a diabetic and must be very careful with the care and maintenance of my feet. She knows not to use a "cheese grater" on my feet and shows me the sterilized nail clippers EVERY time before she gets started. I go once a month and have sure missed it. I'm so sorry they have not been able to work.
