Went in to get a dip and pedi. The guy doing my pedi was horrible. He started cutting out my ingrown toenail without letting me soak my feet first. I told him during the time he was hurting me not once did he stop. Now my toe hurts when I put a shoe on. Also the nail tech did horrible I had to go to car when done and reshape them. She left them so brought it was unbelievable.

I have been there many times. The people are friendly and eager to please the customers. The facility is clean, well stocked, well organized and has a relaxing atmosphere. Prices are reasonable and they provide a wide selection of services. This is the only place I will go.

I'm not mad necessarily but the tech that I got didn't know what she was doing. I've been to multiple techs in multiple states, and I also do my own nails at home sometimes. She was terrible at laying the acrylic, picking up really dry beads and then trying to force it into shape with a dry brush, she was rushing the drilling, using terrible drill bits for what she was trying to do, she broke the skin on my fingertip using the wrong drill, made my cuticles bleed, rushed the buffing for the polish prep and ended up making the skin around my nail raw.She did not ask if I liked the shaping or the length before moving on. I asked for sparkly polish, she laid sparkly acrylic...read full review
