The front desk person is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. A great way to get started. The PT that I work with is GOOD at this. I was extremely apprehensive, but I am recovering better than I ever expected. My 1st time at a PT clinic, but this one is inviting and easy to access here in Murphy. This clinic is simply awesome. Don't be afraid to use them if you need PT. Seriously, they are #1 in my book.
The care I received was incredibly helpful. Lorrie was terrific; she explained the treatment at every step, she was friendly and professional, and she was very encouraging. She provided me with detailed written instructions for exercises I could do at home, and even though I finished my physical therapy more than a month ago and actually am doing better than before I was injured, I still do them every day because I feel much more agile than I have in years.
I had an amazing 6-weeks of rotator cuff PT at Achieve PT in Murphy, TX. Check-in at the front desk was always quick and scheduling follow-up appointments was a breeze. My therapist, Lori, was very friendly, knowledgeable and a lot of fun to work with. The facility was modern, well-lit, conveniently-located and the restrooms were always clean. Most importantly, the severe pain and weakness I suffered from rotator cuff impingement has mostly disappeared since completing my PT with Achieve!
