We recently had Floors for Living install floors in 4 rooms in our house. Our experience with FFL from start to finish was nothing but exceptional. Both Carlos and Joseph were very professional, courteous, with tons of knowledge. Both of these men spent so much time with us educating us to be able to make a wise decision on what floors we decided to select. These individuals don't just sell you a floor, they actually are concerned about making sure you get what you want. The installer, Chau was excellent also and really knows his trade. Good rates. Good customer service and the products are also better quality. Contact Mr. Jospeh as he takes the time to answer questions and provide guidance regarding the different quality of floorings.
I was very hesitant in getting all my carpet replaced , months of research and comparisons. Final straw was Floors of Living, and I must say I’m not disappointed. Joseph at the Missouri City store took care of everything , from the financing to picking out the perfect laminate flooring. The estimated time for the flooring was 5 days , but the whole process was only 3 days , in and out . Thanks FFL , My floors are beautiful ??. I highly recommend FFL , if you’re in the the market for new flooring , look up Joseph at the Houston, Missouri City. Thanks again FFL
