We have used a few different companies, and have now entered a long term contract with you. Brandon is the primary reason for our business. He’s personable and likable…..but even more importantly: he’s been full of extremely helpful advice for remedies beyond just the chemical warfare. He’s advised where bushes create a path for carpenter ants….where a dripping faucet bib may be the cause of roach entry….and several others - things that aren’t common sense to the common guy. Did a termite spot treatment on my house and were very professional, showed up on time, and were very accessible whenever I called. Some of the other companies I called would only do the termite treatment if I agreed to be set up on their "maintenance plan" where I would have to pay them monthly for treatment, which I did not want. But Big D does the one-time treatment and I was very happy with their service. Would definitely use them again.
