“I had a gas leak (yikes!) that had to be repaired. They sent a technician named Brandon who was the most competent and pleasant individual with whom I've ever had dealings. The repair was made promptly with no hassle, including replacing the alley to the house main (it's a code thing). Passed inspection without a problem. I wish all the repair personnel were as nice and efficient as Brandon. 5 Stars!“

It ended up being a crack down the length of our main line.They installed an epoxy liner, which saved us money and prevented trenching through the length of the line.Blane was great to work with. His technicians were prompt, friendly, respectful, informative, and professional. They kept us updated & informed every step of the way. “We have had plumbing issues, and have had several local plumbers some by to give us an estimate or a solution. Some gave us only 1 option drop 30k for a fix, but didnt offer financing. Good thing we past, we decided to give Leak-Tek a call. Very glad we did, not only did they give us options but got us back to a working household. They came and started work next day and was fixed the next day, looking for an honest company with dedication to the customer, you have it here. yes some reviews are low not sure how because our experience has been great so far. Will definitely use Leak-Tek for any of our plumbing needs. Those other guys will tell you, you get what you pay for, or we have high quality work. Dont get me wrong that could be the case, but at 20k ... not your local neighborhood plumber. These guys are local, hometown, down to earth very respectful and will talk to you and treat you as a neighbor, not a number.“

“What a wonderful experience! Our tankless water heater went out so I made an appointment with our home warranty for the repair. They got back to me and said they didn’t have a contractor in my area any longer. I would have to contact a repair service, pay upfront, and then possibly get it reimbursed. This was not what I wanted or expected but I didn’t have a choice. I contacted eight plumbers in my area and they all told me they don’t work with home warranty companies - period! When I called Mr Justin Time Plumbing they said that it was true they didn’t directly work with my home warranty company but they would be an intermediary for me to be sure the work was approved and I could pursue compensation. Amber answered all my questions and quieted my apprehensions about this ‘out-of-network’ repair not only being completed well but that they would assist me with the paperwork for reimbursement. Justin is amazing! He knew exactly what the problem was, fixed it, and gave the water heater a badly needed tune-up. He called the home warranty company for me, received approval, and then filled out all the paperwork they required so the reimbursement would be hassle-free! The customer service was extraordinary and I am now a customer for the long term. I will be recommending Mr Justin Time to all my family and friends.“
