Dylan was very helpful to me and my family, and made the purchasing of our home very smooth! He is an efficient and clear communicator, and went out of his way to help us on multiple occasions that would typically be deemed inconvenient. Dylan was respectful, consistent with following up on the things he said he would, and thorough with his work. He remains open and willing to help us out even after things have been finalized, which we are thankful for! We greatly appreciate Dylan and highly recommend him to anyone needing a realtor!

Dylan is an incredible realtor!Let me start by saying that this was our (my wife and I) first home purchase ever, and Dylan made this process painless and comfortable. We were looking to move from the Austin, TX area 6 hours away from Lubbock, TX, our destination. Before Dylan stepped onto the scene we weren't sure what to do or how to do it when it came to purchasing a home (especially so far away) and Dylan was there every step of the way, from the very beginning to now the very end - and even after the end of closing, and now as we're getting ready to move.Dylan made us feel like we were already a part of Lubbock, like we were home. In fact, we didn't even want to leave to go back to Austin to get our stuff, ha!He helped take care of even the small details that honestly made life easier for us so we could focus on work and family - we didn't expect this and his hard work and care, to us, was going above and beyond... more than we could have asked for.Thank you Dylan for everything you did and still do for our large family!In the future we plan to buy more land and someday another property or two in Lubbock, and Dylan is going to be the first one we call to help us with this when the time comes.
