Currently experiencing a nightmare with this company. I wouldn't recommend doing business with them unless you're okay with them stealing nearly 20K and then not responding. After a series of delays and lack of follow through we opted to cancel our contract. At which time we requested our $19,500/50% deposit be returned - as anyone would (11/17/22). Stefanie claimed her accountant was on vacation during the Thanksgiving Holiday, so we set a new date for the Monday after. Since then it's been excuse after excuse. Dodged call after dodged call. Stefanie even sent us a bogus tracking number saying a check was in the mail. Great huh? Except the check was never dropped in the mail. Feel free to track it along with us. Being that this was my 1st time owning a home and having a pipe bust during the snow storm, I was extremely nervous and had no clue what to do. I made one phone call to Stefanie and she immediately put my mind at ease and told me exactly what to do. She and her crew were fast and very efficient. I'd recommend her company in a heart beat ❤

I was very disappointed to learn that the president of this company is an anti masker who puts her comfort over the health and safety of others . I can't support a business who doesn't care for their communities wellbeing.
