Dr. Urso was out so I got to see Dr. Thomas. The staff was friendly and helpful. Cassandra was wonderful! She is cheerful and has a lovely sense of humor! My kind of gal! She made this experience very pleasant! Everyone was great including Dr. Thomas. I didn't wait long was a plus too! It was a great experience.
Dr. Thomas and his team was phenomenal throughout my SMILE treatment. I have nothing but praises for them, they explained everything thoroughly and made sure I was always comfortable during the procedure. I used to not be able to see more than 10 feet in front of me without my glasses, and now I can see better than 20/20! Very glad I did the procedure because I got to have a great time in my home country without having to worry about contacts or glasses!
The staff isn't really friendly here. The doctor seemed to be in a rush/hurry, not so patient. On top of that, it seemed so chaotic everywhere. Iris on the other hand, was the one that helped me pick out my glasses and was really friendly. Don't really recommend this place though.
