Urgent Care for Kids - Katy

I think I know why this place has so many bad reviews and I know the hack to quick care here for $75 with out insurance. This place has a long wait to see the doctor "IN OFFICE". From the looks of it there is one doctor and about 6-8 rooms filled with a patient every time I go. That's one individual human that has to see each patient, mark notes, vitals, prescribe medication and diagnoses in the patients charts. I am actually surprised at how many low ratings there are for this urgent care . I have received the absolute BEST services at this location. They are so caring and so so gentle and they don't cut any corners. Dr. Tracy is amazing and my daughters nurse was so sweet and interactive (I wish I could remember her name, younger nurse with dreads ) They actually care to make the kids feel comfortable while being treated and that means everything to me! I so wish she could come here for primary care.

Had a wonderful experience during our recent visit (26May2024)! Everyone in the clinic is so welcoming and positive. And there wasn’t too much of a waiting time. I brought my daughter twice to her pediatrician and they are unable to exactly diagnose what is causing her high fever. And by the time I brought her to urgent care she already had fever for almost 9days. Guess what , the knowledgeable nurse practitioner (Stacey) actually listen to our concerns and put my daughter to the right test and we finally got her diagnosis.
