From the start, Josh Fuentes and the team at Texan Roofing demonstrated outstanding commitment to customer satisfaction. The initial consultation was thorough, and they took time to explain the details. The installation crew was prompt and efficient, working hard to ensure the project was completed on time and with exceptional quality. They also did an excellent job protecting landscaping, pool equipment, etc, and cleaning up afterwards.Throughout the process, Josh’s communication was impeccable. Today I had the pleasure of meeting with Adrian Rodriguez to take a look at my roof. He was on time and prepared and used an iPad to show me what my roof looked like from up above. He did a thorough job of explaining all the options and their amazing warranties. I plan to use Texan when I'm ready for the new roof.
From the time we called and spoke with Josh until the job was completed, we were very pleased! Josh and his crew are attentive to every detail, crew was on time, finished on time, and cleanup was phenomenal! We have also experienced their customer service after initial work was completed and again Josh, Tim, and their crew came thru again. They did not have to address the issue, but they did and it was completed the same day and within an hour. If you need a new roof, repairs, etc go with Texan Roofing.
