AdvantaClean of Houston West has just completed a mold remediation project at our home. We simply cannot say enough good things about the owner of this business, Fabricio Cardenas, his office staff, and his on-site work crew. First, communication was handled perfectly: phone calls returned very quickly, texts answered promptly, and emails acknowledged. Fabricio was wonderfully patient, explained findings and processes in as much detail as wanted, and was generous with his time and advice. AdvantaClean was utterly professional educating us clearly about our water intrusion and mold problems and patiently and thoroughly analyzing and solving our issues. Fabricio was great to work with. He doubled checked the work of his staff and always answered my phone calls and text messages. He was very responsive, honest and it was never hard to get a reach of him.
