I called last week to get our carpets cleaned in our daughters room as well as my husbands back room! They fit me in super easy and had options for the morning which I loved! I explained the two room I wanted cleaned and Emily informed me this would cost me $100 plus tax. Perfect! Chris arrived right on time and was very professional! It was rainy and nasty today and he did a great job not tracking in the house. Our daughters room had some stains in the carpet from the previous owners. It was their nursery as well. I am so pleased with doing business with this company. They were quick to respond and did an amazing job. I am renting a home and needed the carpets cleaned before I moved in. Dale did an amazing job and I couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend this company.
We saw their ad in the Postcards Magazine and gave them a call. Emily and her assistant were beyond professional, empathetic, understanding, knowledgeable, and polite. They explained everything to us so that we would completely understand what had happened and put our minds at ease. I pray we never need them again yet should we need their services, their number is saved in my phone for a reason and will be my first phone call.
