On today 12/17/21 my daughter treated me to a full set and pedicure. Everything started out great, I mean between being patient while the main lady bounced between customers. Normally this wouldn’t be an issue for me. I sat patiently as she would stop doing my nails to do whatever else. After 1.5 hours my nails were in even and messy. I asked her to redo the jeweled nails because they were unevenly acrylic. She got so irritated at my request that she ripped the nails off cut my nail bed in my both nails. The left bled for 10 mins she still attempts to put new jewels on it. While BLEEDING!!!! At this point I am crying, telling her the first order of customer service... read full review

As a professional driver, I’m often on the road and it’s very easy to neglect certain things like mani-pedis. I came in a bit late today and arrived at Deerbrook Nails at 7:15pm. The sign said they closed at 7pm but the lights were on so I gave it a try anyway. Tina was so sweet and agreed to take care of my pedicure right then and there. While we chatted it up a bit, I asked if she’d make an appointment to do my mani tomorrow morning. She said ‘why wait? I’ll do it now!’ Wow! Tina did an amazing job on my mani-pedi! I didn’t feel rushed or like an annoyance. The hot pink polish is beautiful and she applied it so neatly. I’m super thankful she squeezed... read full review

Was trying to give this location a 0 but I can’t. I come here all the time and they have attitudes every single time but I still try to be nice. Last time I came the lady stopped on my feet to do someone else’s eyebrows while my toe tried up and I was getting gel. Then that day my mom came she got a pedicure but the lady that finished hers had just finished someone’s toes that had fungal all over her feet . The lady started on my mother’s toes before even washing the tools and I stopped her. I went again today just to get my toe gel taken off from last time and it was someone ahead of me so I patiently waited. Someone came in and asked to do a pedicure and the... read full review
