Alonzo was our technician and responded to my call immediately. He installed a new flex gas connector on our new stove and got a part that was misthreaded loose. He was at my mom's house within 30 minutes and the job was completed within 1 hour. He charged us $100 for labor plus additional $45 for parts. Great communication via text messages, very pleased with results. Definitely will recommend his services again.

One of our water heaters “died” and Cal-Tex was quick to respond and take care of our issue. He is very honest and explains in details options and recommendations(ie traditional water tank heater vs tankless system) . He is not one to force you to pick the expensive option, which we appreciate. When they came, they were efficient, clean and very professional. I definitely recommend them. Cal-Tex has also done work for our pool in our previous home and this house.

Alonzo at CalTex has been a great help to us as we moved into a new house and during the three years we have been here.
