Nataly just saved me from a trainwreck haircut at another salon. I called the morning I needed her and — without being a loyal client — she accommodated me in her busy schedule. Within minutes of walking into her salon, she appropriately assessed the damage and made the haircut outcome better than I could have ever expected. “Don’t worry, I’ll take care of this” and she totally did! Amazing price, and the way she treated me was like family. Nataly is exemplary of what a great hair salon is — I’ll never go anywhere else in Houston!Edit: forgot to mention the fact that there is an amazing receptionist who is so friendly and walks you to your appointment.... read full review
Terrific setup for salon services - the building has bright lighting and we'll marked signage to find the salon you are booked with. A receptionist was available to direct me and there were rest rooms and a soda machine. Very well laid out with plenty of parking.
