I’ve been going to pure lux for the past 3 years. I’ve been consistently satisfied and today a new hire, TIFFANY did a stellar job on my nails. In addition she was friendly and gave me a 5/5 experience!

I really liked this place. I went there yesterday to get a manicure and deluxe pedicure. Staff were very friendly, happy how my nail look. The salon itself is nice and feels good. I definitely recommend this place.

I was brought back to a pedicure chair immediately. I had to wait 20 minutes for a nail tech, although I was updated halfway. I decided to get the classic. I was asked 3 times if I wanted to upgrade my service. The massage was 1 minute on each leg, and the scrubbing was maybe 20 seconds on each. The bottom of my feet look like I didn’t even go. It was a waste of money. I will go elsewhere for a classic pedicure. I wouldn’t want to give them more money if they can’t do a good job on something simple.
