I want to thank Miriam for helping me today. Miriam went above and beyond to rectify my experience today. I scheduled an appointment online with a stylist, Aby, at Meyerland JcPenny salon. Aby canceled my appointment without informing me. Aby stated that she did not know how to use clippers. She then asked me what I wanted to do with my hair and if I had a picture. I wore my hair in a pixie cut and wanted a simple clean-up. She asked me when was my last relaxer and did I put my color because my hair was green. Great service, Great price. I felt like I was at home, and I was educated on my hair and talked through the entire process. Charlotte was absolutely amazing and made sure I was good every steo of the way! Can't wait to come back next time I'm in town.
A Penney for my thoughts on Penney. We're not a fan of JC Penney, but a lot of the stores are dying out, and this one at Meyerland has always been a nice option. Additionally, it has always been somewhat friendly compared to some of the others, so we will be sad if it closes down like so many others have.
