Gloss certainly knows how to provide a 5 star customer experience. Let me tell you how:*Made appointment online and they honored the time, even on a holiday. This place stays busy, but it is wonderfully clean and efficient! They had the Valentines theme on blast.My regular manicurist got sick, and I had a flight the following day. A friend of mine recommended I go there and make an appointment with the person she uses. I made the appointment and that manicurist got super busy but the set me up with another who was just as good or even better.

GREAT service and highly talented nail techs!! But I don't always have the luxury of making a nail appt and being able to stick to it. Being able to walk in to a nail salon without an appointment, and still being able to get a beautiful manicure with no wait is a HIGHLY desirable feature for me personally. That is my only reason for not giving 5 stars. Like I said, the service is great!
