My son & I had been going to Dr. Zaibaq for well over 10-years and we were always pleased. A little over a year ago, dear friends convinced me I needed to go to their eye Dr. and I did, because he specialized in Lasik. I explained I liked glasses, but all this Dr. wanted to do was perform Lasik surgery...which I did not want. So, he just provided me with a prescription to fill downstairs at their optician store. I have never been so upset - I wanted them to use my frames and do gradient trifocal lenses with Transition lenses. After 5-weeks, still no glasses, so I got my money back & took the prescription and my lenses to Eye Trends to fill. They got it done, but... read full review

I had a serious problem relating to billing and disrespect to patients my second time visiting here. Although my first time here was positive when I came here last year to get my contact lenses fitted, it was a disaster. I already had a glasses prescription from my uncle so I called beforehand to ask how much a contact fitting would be. I explained that my first visit cost $85.00 and that I was in their system already. I also explained that I didn't need both a glasses and contact fitting - just the contact lenses. I was told that it would be the same price as last time - 85 bucks. When we arrived we asked the front desk again to be sure we would get the same fitting... read full review

This was my second visit to Eye Trends having gotten my glasses there last year. This was an annual visit. Dr. Nguyen was very good, friendly, clear and helpful. The staff is wonderful. It's not an inexpensive place, and I feel like I got a good value and great service. I'll be back next year.
