I experienced the most helpful staff of any health-related place I've been to in a long time. I sincerely appreciated the staff looking into my insurance situation. They made an effort to get me in and out in a timely fashion without rushing the process. The X-ray tech demonstrated the same care. I also observed great teamwork between staff members. They called everyone who was waiting by name. I hope I haven't set the expectations too high for their future patients, but being in the proximity of this friendly group made my day.
Kudos to Priscilla getting me in and to Stephanie for making my testing such a breeze. This Center is superb, staff go above and beyond to make you feel number one; kind and generous. Thank you!
They must've changed staff. Not exactly the warm welcome I had the first time I was here. The first time I was offered to go sit in the room in the back while my son was getting his MRI. I asked about my bill to double check that the balance was paid and have not been responded to. I was told to just have a seat and she will get back with me. Where's Laura??
