As a homeowner and single mother on a tight budget, I'm leary of many service providers trying to upsell me. I found Bodensteiner through their excellent reviews on Nextdoor. This company truly lived up to the 5-star reviews. Highly effective communications both through dispatch and on-site. I genuninely appreciated the automated appointment reminder and advance notice of Blain's arrival so I didn't have to waste time waiting. Extremely professional and trustworthy. Highly recommend this company!

Another great experience with Bodensteiner Service today. AC died yesterday, we were prepared for the worst. At the very least a new capacitor. Hank tested the capacitor, its was fine. On closer inspection he determined that two wire ends connecting to the fan had fried. Took him les than 20 minutes from arrival to fixing things and closing the unit back up. They have had the best AC service we have had in the past 10 years, cannot recommend them enough.
