Jeff is always prompt to respond and come out. I called him to inspect the duct work on my new built home to verify if any ducts needed to be strapped and separated. He came out next day and gave it the thumbs up. Thank you for the quick inspection.
Claudia was very professional and polite at all times. Had no trouble answering any questions. Was very clean and thorough. I would hope to have her again for any future service visits.
Rory was very friendly and knowledgeable of his job. Answered all my questions thoroughly and explained things well. However, the cost of putting in a mini-split AC was way way over my budget and unexpected to be that high, but not his fault.
