He's really an old decrepit dog but you would think that the doctors think he just won Westminster?. The pricing is amazing as well. Name and call me once after hours to give me blood test results. It's always 24 hours in blood test results are in. I love this service.

Our sweet old man dog was diagnosed with diabetes this past week. They put him on a plan and it was a quick turnaround for his eating and bathroom. Our family loves Denton Veterinary center.“

“I came as a walk in for puppy vaccinations. The waiting room is as clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. A wellness check was included for free and my puppy was weighed and looked at before the vaccinations. The service was quick and took about 15 minutes. She got her ten week shots and then the vet tech came out to tell me where she got the shots and that she could be sore. She was also checked for parasites at the visit. The timeframe for puppy vaccinations was explained during check out and I left with a follow up appointment. We also were given her first flea and tick medication for me to administer at home. Very informative visit and very affordable.“

“First time going to this vet. Everyone was really nice. The visit was quick but the doctor asked me lots of questions and took the time to be gentle with my cat. He was even friendly to my wild toddler. Pricing was great. They were understanding about why I hadn't gotten my indoor cat vaccinated in awhile. My cat would get a large lump at her injection site with her old vet and this new vet gave her a precautionary shot of steroids and allergy meds to prevent that because those lumps can turn into cancer.

Definitely happy with the visit.“

“I have been taking my furry family here since around 2010. As long as Dr. Stokes has a clinic, I will take my pets to her. Her staff is always helpful, compassionate, empathetic, and friendly. I've moved many times since 2010. I currently drive from E. Dallas to Carrollton to make sure my pets receive the best vet care in town. I will never take my pets anywhere else.“

We recently and unexpectedly lost one of our babies and they did everything in their power to save her sweet soul. After this tragic event( she had seizures and was only 8) they sent us a beautiful card and plant. today and yesterday we took in our new puppy and our elderly pup. The owner, Laura, drives directly to YOUR house to take care of your animals so that we don't have to go through the hassle of putting them in the car/dealing with the aftermath. (yes, she cares that much for the animals, and yourselves). She is very good with all of her clients - thats includes both the human and animal clients.ALSO, she knows MANY of the animals located within the Flower Mound area; so, if your animal gets out there's a good chance she'll recognize who the little trouble maker is and return them (it's happened more than a dozen times). Even if she doesn't initially notice (sometimes they're very dirty after running around and having fun), there have been many times she's ran her microchip reader and been able to detect which dog/cat it is. “We got up on a Saturday morning to a very sick dog. Our dog has never had any health problems so the only vet we had seen was to get yearly vacinations, but they keep odd hours and don't see sick animals. I called Dr Matlock's office and she was able to squeeze us in right away. She did some blood work and prescribed some medications. We are so thankful that she could see us on such short notice. “I could never say enough good things about this vet’s office! They saved my cat’s life after multiple other vets offices in the area had just been running all kinds of unnecessary and excessive tests with no differential diagnosis or treatment plans for months. They always take as much time as needed to explain treatment options and go over any concerns we have. They are also really patient with animals that have anxiety and past trauma. My dad’s dog is 90lbs and sweet as can be but very very scared of strangers. They got down on the floor to help make him feel comfortable and let me hold him instead of taking him to the back so he would feel more secure.
