Excellent quality and fair price. The new management is wonderful! Why, they managed a difficult situation with exceptionally customer centric focus and did the right thing. I cannot say enough. They placed a promise to a customer in front of company earnings. Honorable team that I highly recommend.
I brought in a Samsung Galaxy with a broken screen. The friendly guy at the desk was amazing. He helped me figure out what exact model of phone I have, looked it up and then warned me that the screen replacement on it would be more than a refurbished new phone for my particular model. He even offered to help me order the refurbished phone.He could have easily gotten my money today on a repair, but he didn't, just because he wanted to be honest. That is excellent customer service! Highly recommend!
The Best cell phone repair service everrrrrr!!!! If you end up like me needing a miracle performed on your iphone with an ancient battery you have found the right place. ABDUL ;) ordered my battery and was delivered within 10 hours and then had it replaced within 10 minutes. Not only did he give me the quickest option anywhere to have my battery replaced, he did it with the most amazing customer service attitude and best part was a huge smile to go along with his professionalism and quick help!
