Anthony Nguyen is the man and my new barber.. Just moved down from NY where i had been with my barber for almost 30yrs. Tried some other shops in east dallas but Modern image and Anthony sealed the deal. His professionalism, mastery in his craft, conversational acumen and demeanor is that of a true gentleman and scholar. Highly recommend Anthony Nguyen. Thanks Anthony, see you in 2 weeks.

I recently moved from NY to Texas and was looking for a new barber after being with my NY barber for almost 30yrs! I tried a few barbers in the Dallas area but couldn't find anyone who followed directions, understood what i was looking for or executed my haircut correctly. I finally came accross Anthony Nguyen from Modern Image in Garland, and I have to say that I've finally found my new barber moving forward. Anthony is a consummate professional who's skill in his craft is on a level of that of someone with over 20 years of experience. I switched barbers a few months ago due to location issues and saw Modern Image in Garland. These guys, and Steven Quintana specifically, have been great. They’re responsive to appointments, very good pricing, several package options. My cut is always crisp and tight. I can get beard work done if needed. The store is clean, bright and with modern music playing. All the other stylists have been friendly but not intrusive. Definitely worth checking out.There is one issue with the website that can be frustrating in that it requires a credit card to hold the appointment and it forgets the details in between visits. If that was corrected it’s an easy 5 stars for the company....read full review
