Phil and I are pleased with our new bay home that Seaside Construction built. We chose Seaside Construction because we felt confident they had the experience and knowledge needed to build in a coastal environment. Jeff and his team delivered a beautiful, quality home. The paint, appliance, flooring, electrical, plumbing and other contractors were professional and did a great job. Seaside built my house about 4 years ago and can’t say enough about them. The construction quality is amazing. One thing I noticed during construction is they used a lot of strapping. More than other builders. While houses built after mine are already getting lots of work done, mine is standing great. Great builder, quality construction!

We selected Seaside Construction to build our beach front vacation home after interviewing several island builders. We are so very happy we picked Jeff and his team to design and build our home. We have been in our home for a year now and it has met or exceeded all of our expectations. Not only are they good to work with during construction but have been quick to follow up with any concerns we have had. Not only did we get a great home but, I feel we made new friends.
