I got the keratin smoothing treatment done and it did what it was suppose to do. I have frizzy curly hair and this treatment definitely decreased the frizz. My hair still has curls to it (which is totally okay with me) but it’s a lot more manageable now without the frizz. I get to use less products and it’s easy to style. This treatment won’t straighten your hair so if that’s what you’re looking for I wouldn’t recommend it. Although I did like the result of the keratin treatment it is pretty pricey but I guess you pay for the fact that it’s all natural and formaldehyde free.

While she was nice and tried to fix it, I would never go back for a keratin treatment. Quoted me 250 and charged me 300 at the very end without telling me first. Also have never had a keratin treatment that damaged my hair and looked as bad as it did. She offered to re flat iorn my hair and gave me free shampoo and conditioner but that caused 2x the damage to my hair in the same day.
