Heater broke and they sent someone out immediately. Brett was so professional and nice and explained everything so well. Even showed me the burnt out part! Great experience, would use again!

The capacitor on my AC went out during the last super hot spell. The AC was running but it was not getting cooler! I was so worried because I have an elderly dog who has had health issues all year. Called this company and he came out that night. Had the AC fixed in a couple of hours (had to get the part from his truck which someone else was using when he first stopped). So so so grateful! Would hire again.

I contacted Ron on the advice of another customer. My upstairs AC blew out during one of the 100+ deg day streaks we had in the D/FW. Ron sent Brett, who quickly determined that it was a blown capacitor. The service was exceptional! Brett recommended a better capacitor, and when it was not found in stock, traveled all the way from the midcities area to Lake Worth to retrieve it, on a Friday, at five o'clock, so that we could begin cooling our home.Amazing service and going the extra mile - will be contacting them for all our heating and cooling needs.
