Ended up having to relocate for work but Ameritech did an excellent job servicing our property while we had them. Their customer service team (Alyssa) was also extremely helpful and wiling to work with us through the move!
I have used Ameritech for 27 years. They have been excellent for customer service and their technicians have been great. Last year I had a wasp infestation late afternoon one day and Rick jumped through the hoops to come to my house the next morning and they Got rid of the wasps. ☺️This summer, we were entertaining houseguest, and we asked for a mosquito treatment. We paid $350, a lot more than we have paid for other mosquito treatments from other companies.This treatment did not work whatsoever. Love the fact I don't have to have a contract but they still provide excellent service. Had them spray for an out-of-controll wasp issue all around our house and inside our garage and what a difference! So happy with the results. I also have them spray around the inside and outside of my house occasionally and they do a great job with that too.
