    The staff is very nice & quick, but I do not recommend going here to fix your Mac Book items. They charged me a diagnostic fee and expensive price to get my laptop issue fixed. Later, I went to the Apple store to get a second opinion and they did a diagnostic check for me too but for FREE, and quoted me almost half the price of Mobile Kangaroo to get the same thing fixed on my Mac! So just go to the Apple Store…though may be a further drive I know. I wish I had! It saves you money!

    Came to this super convenient location for help with my Apple products when I was referred by Apple customer support. Tyler was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Gave some great advice about future product purchases and I will definitely be coming back here for all of my device repairs in the future.

    My 7 year old (but big fancy) IMac all of a sudden couldn’t bring up the operating system. I followed Apple’s instructions but nothing worked. I needed professional help and took my 27”large all in one computer to Mobile Kangaroo, an authorized Apple service center. They made it easy to book an appointment and quickly diagnosed the problem and reinstalled the operating system. They did all this in 2 days and kept me informed along the way. I am very pleased that the repair was done quickly, at a reasonable price, and the computer is working great!! I was fearful that I would need to replace it or have an expensive repair.
