“Elena is incredible and extremely knowledgeable. I’ve gone to her for scar camouflage then again for freckle enhancement. On the scars, I thought I just needed them tattooed. However, she identified that it was primarily a hyperpigmentation issue, and treated me for that instead of just going with whatever I came in and asked for. All of her product recommendations are great. The freckles also look so good. I would NEVER have trusted anyone with my face but I was very comfortable given our previous interactions. I was instantly greeted and introduced to my piercer, Crystal. I had an image of a curated ear and what I wished my piercings to resemble and Crystal hit the bullseye! I was able to complete my look with a daith and 2 helix in a budget friendly way. Crystal is not only very knowledgeable, but she is also very kind, compassionate, and attentive.
