She made a tailored facial. I bought all my products to her to have her help me with a routine. If she sells products, they were not pushed on me to buy. She educated me on each of my products. We intended on staying within the Hotel for everything, to include the Spa. It was easy to schedule the massage at our convenience. The Spa itself is quiet and peaceful. Upon meeting our masseuse we were taken care of right away. Our massages were the best and worth the expense.
