The Sound bath event at The Mat Yoga Dallas was fabulous. Lauran did a fantastic job, I was so relaxed and energized by her practice. Highly recommend. The Mat Yoga provided all props needed and did a great job of hosting.
I took my 1st yoga class in 2003 & have experienced many studios. When I came to The MAT, I knew I had found my home. Well run, outstanding teachers, & actively builds a community which has allowed me to make life long friends. Come join our community!
I just love this yoga studio. The staff and instructors are so inviting and helpful. The space is lovely and calming. It's very clean. The props are organized, even when the class is full you have space. It's a joy to be able to practice here.
