Fantastic experience with LASIK here. Dr. McKenzie and co were phenomenal in treating me and making sure I was taken care of. After surgery I had more dryness than most patients which was concerning for the few days after surgery because I heard dryness could be the worst side effect. Dr. McKenzie and team had me come back in 3-4 times over the next two weeks, prescribed me with more drops that decreased my dryness and controlled the inflammation, and got me totally taken care of. I’m now down to drops only once or twice a day and am confident that will reduce to no drops over the next few months. Great team, low wait times, and excellent/straightforward service.
Yesterday I had my vision corrected at Dallas Lasik, the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The procedure took less then 5 minutes and I was out in 15 minutes including the vision test before and after the procedure, my post oup went well I now have 20/20 vision.I am extremely pleased.
Can not recommend the LASIK Vision Institute enough! Dr McKenzie was so informative during the consultation, answered all my questions and assured me on the best option for my high prescription. Dr Joseph was incredibly thorough with the process and the procedure, assuring me through the whole thing. I am so grateful for their team.
