This is a great gym with an awesome vibe, and it's reasonably priced. It's perfect for what I'm looking for and it's right down the street from me. Very friendly staff as well. I just wish they didn't play God awful Hip Hop non stop!!

Hands down my favorite gym I have ever been a member of. The gym itself is very sanitary & just pretty in general. The view of Dallas is incredible & all the little touches that have are wonderful. Sad I have to leave this gym due a move but it's such a gem for anyone who is a member!

After trying several gyms I finally found what I believe is the best fitness club in the city. Facility is immaculate and they make the experience outstanding. My personal trainer (Sarah Greenfield) is remarkably skilled and has helped me in my quest for better overall fitness and she pushes me to ensure my personal goals are met. Recess and Sarah make every visit a pleasure and keep me on track!! The experience is far and away the best fitness experience ever.
