Mr Hernandez went above and beyond. He not only determined that my HVAC was not at fault, but found the problem with the upstairs unit’s bathtub drain. He made an invaluable video which I’ll share with the mgt co.
What a great experience getting a quote for our HVAC equipment from Quigley. The lady who took my initial call was very friendly and helpful in setting up the initial visit.
When Kevin came to the house to see what needed to be done, it was easy to see he knew exactly what he was doing and that he is a true professional. He had a clear vision of what needed to be done, what needed to be replaced, updated, etc and I never got the feeling he was trying to sell me anything. Frank and team were awesome! Very attentive and made sure everything was installed properly. Super grateful to them for installing the unit and happy to have cold air again in this TX heat.
