You cannot rate this place based on its service, but in my opinion those who provide it have good service when the right person serves them, there is no worse job than that done out of necessity.

I don't speak Spanish and they don't speak much English....but every single one of them can cut a tight fade (hold up fingers for what guards you want and learn how to say 00 or 000 in Spanish).
