J’s Cleaners has been absolutely fantastic to work with!! They come and pickup the laundry and they deliver it the next day for us. Our clothes are always well folded when we receive them. I have used many other companies while in Dallas for work and none of them have been close to the customer service as Js provides us.

I have had tremendous service and quality dry cleaning with J’s. I have used them for over 3 years and I have literally never been disappointed. I have severe skin allergies and never had a reaction to their solution nor have my garments ever had a chemical order.I had three top priorities while I researching a top cleaners: 1) Environmentally conscious 2) Committed to chemical free and healthy products, and 3)Expert care with high-end and luxury garments.J’s exceeded my expectations. I needed to get my suit cleaned due to a family funeral and I had taken it to another cleaner and had the person that picks up the clothes come earlier then expected. So it nearly ruin my chances of getting it cleaned for the services that would happen in less than 2 days. However, J's Tailor friendly staff at the front desk was able to assist me in getting it cleaned the same day and would have it done by 5:30pm. Sure enough the suit was ready and the additional items i had brought at the schedule time. Since its down the street from my job, i don't have to wait until the dry cleaner opens as the early hours helps me to be able to go into work on time and pickup... read full review
