Doctor Opara, first time meeting her since I switched offices. She is nice, she will communicate here and there but mainly there just to do her job.Office location: not the best, this small location is about 700sqft and can really use some updating. It almost looks closed from the outside, like an abandoned office. I wouldn’t have known it was open if the girls next door told me where to go when I arrived. They also do DMV registration in that small office? Looks like they run a small dmv business out of the eye office…. It really does not look like your typical Pearl vision/eye doc office. Had a great experience with the doctor. The exam was thorough and quick and he explained my RX. The front desk person insisted that I show my medical insurance even after I told her I had a VSP. She ended up charging me my medical co-pay instead of my VSP co-pay. When I called her to ask her about it she said I did not show her or tell her that I had a VSP plan. I will change my rating if she follows through with reversing the claim.

Doctor Opara is very friendly and professional. She was thorough, and knew exactly what she was doing. She made me feel comfortable and showed real concern for my needs. I feel confident to have her as my optometrist.
