I got a 1 month membership while visiting family in Dallas for the holidays. The saunas are exceptionally clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I felt so much better after every session. Can't wait to be back again!
I came into CYL studio extremely tight and sore from doing a few hard days lifting at the gym. Leaving my body felt relaxed ! It loosened up muscles I forgot about especially my hamstrings. The sauna OmG it took out all of the bad stuff I had from the holiday season. I’ll definitely be backBring Water + don’t come on an empty stomach !!
