I'm really bummed to be writing this review but I hope this gets to someone at the business. It's been months since I got my nails done but I was working from home and thought I would treat myself to a shellac manicure during lunch. I looked on their website for their services (prices on website do not match actual in-store pricing FYI). I came in at 11:10 and asked for a classic shellac manicure. I was the only customer and there was only one employee there. She was very kind so I will give them that! My concern was she seemed to go through my manicure very quickly. Like there was a rush. Ms Tina is such a sweet lady. The place is so cute & cozy. Every time I go see her I always welcomed. Good service all around. I have yet to get a pedicure there but will definitely be going back for one. :)

I made my boyfriend get the volcano spa while I got a mani/pedi. At first he didn't want to go but he admitted he enjoyed it and we both had a great time!!! They had the best selection of pedicures but the tiger balm was what made me choose Lotus Zen. We will be back!
