I loved my experience with heavy air and heat, Roy was so knowledgeable and kind to us. Other companies were slow to respond and untrustworthy. I found a diamond in heavy air and heat. I wouldn't recommend anyone else to do the job. From small fixes to major installations, he is the man for the job

Nice folks. Couldn’t help me but I will say a very professional and very understanding voice. Was a pleasant conversation and I respect them so much for not being rude or ugly. I was looking for a part which is something the would be happy to install by do not sell. I respect that.

I called and they were able to schedule me for the same day. The technician was extremely professional. He was respectful, polite, and responsive. He got our system fixed and the price was reasonable.
