Rescue Yoga Yoga

“Jenny Sarah Amy Laura Kristi and Felicia are great yoga teachers. Rescue Yoga is a great studio. I was very nervous getting back into yoga after gaining weight but the people at this studio are so down to earth and supportive. Also for first customers you get to try out the studio for 3 weeks unlimited classes for ONLY $39.00 definitely can’t beat that (I really took advantage of the deal). Also another plus the teachers actually talk to you (know your name) and if you need help with a pose they will help you. Highly highly recommendRenee ?“

Elite Dance Company of Texas Yoga

“Hi y'all, I'm Tiffany Knowlton: Owner, Artistic Director, Dance Educator, Choreographer, Social Media, Costumes, and Grand-National Award Winning Coach of EDCT STARS Competition Team. I am a retired professional dancer who has been completely in love with dance since the age of 3. I am so grateful that I am able to forward my passion, love, and decades of experience in Fine & Performing Arts to the next generation of dancers. Addressing some of the outright slander and lies of the 1-Star review from Marie P.: #1: "The Owner/Teacher Ms. Tiffany can really be tough on the kids to the point that children cried after several of their class. She often gets upset at the children if they didn't understand a dance more or technique." I do not EVER "make children cry", that is not my teaching philosophy whatsoever. If a student falls behind, I advise parents to encourage their child to study tutorials and spend time on strength & flexibility at home, review choreography (that I record, upload, and spend my free time sending to dance parents via email), actually physically practice, and come to class prepared so we can move on in the next class hour. If a student falls behind by a more noticeable margin, I may become concerned. My ultimate goal is to see every student improve and become the best dancer that they desire to be. Competition Team and Recreational Dance are completely different beasts. My coaching of Elite's competitive dance team is more intense than recreational. I always support all students in their dance journeys whether competitive or rec. Marie P.'s daughter approached me backstage at Winter Recital and asked me to invite her to join EDCT STARS for '24. This student is a novice-level dancer with very little athletic conditioning or classical dance training, BUT, I saw her tenacity and a bit of progress, so I thought, "yes, let's do this together, I know I can make you better if I can teach you more often," and I did exactly that and then some. #2: "I spoke to the owner's husband Andrew and informed him that my job would donate money to an organization of our choice if we did volunteer work. I asked if that money could go to my daughter and he stated that it could not, that it would go towards each child's account and their account will show a credit for the money that was being sent. I told him that was fine. I started to do the hours and my job donated $600." At the initial meeting for STARS, we provided both high-end and low-end cost estimates for competition season. We stuck to the low-end as promised, AND delivered a spreadsheet of tuition deadlines, due dates, and provided a payment schedule to every parent. We never promised to give any sort of rebate, refund, or deduction to anyone. Our billing contract and policies are posted 24/7/365 on our website. We are extremely honest and upfront in ALL business dealings. We received $200 at three separate junctures, totaling $600, between the months of January and June from Marie P.'s employer via direct deposit to our 501(c)3 charitable branch, EDCT CARES. We cannot transfer money from charitable donation to a specific child's account even if a parent demands it, and we thoroughly explained this. Marie then proceeded to harass us for MONTHS via email, to the point we were advised by our attorney to cease direct communication with Marie regarding EDCT CARES charitable contributions. Andrew (Owner and CFO) is available at the front desk. Marie never attempted to communicate in-person, she bullies & harasses behind her computer screen, just as she has done here. Additionally, I teach EDCT STARS anywhere between 5 & 10 hours most weeks, and charge only ONE class tuition. I do not "get a paycheck", I work FOR FREE every day for the last 4 years. #3: "I started on my volunteer hours". No, you did NOTHING by way of volunteering. The only thing you volunteered was disrespect, bullying, harassment, and lies. #4: "Our child was supposed to“

“I feel at home at Inspire Yoga in Highland Village. Bethaney is an amazing owner of the studio. Her classes allow me to connect to my mind, body, and soul with her guidance. All the instructors encourage you to move with your breath and stay connected as you flow. To name a few of my favorite instructors, Jennifer and Deanna are fantastic. Each of these women allows me to be vulnerable in class and outside of class. Thank you, thank you, thank you for the yoga community you guys hold close to each of your hearts. Aho.“

“I have been to three classes here so far and plan for more! The only downside is the charge for towels. I understand charging for a rental mat but given the hot studio and that props are included I think they should include that as well. Every instructor has been awesome and I appreciate them welcoming all levels!“

“I just wanted to share what an awesome yoga practice Sherry Thompson has in Southlake, Texas. I have attended her yoga class for several months and the change in my life is incredible. For the majority of my 62 years I have not slept well. I mean I never have a restful night. For the past several months I am actually sleeping all night long and feel rested for the first time in so many years. I believe with all my heart this is directly related to Sherry Thompson and her yoga practice. She knows how to explain the mind body connection like no other. Thank you for all you do for me and the others attending your class.“

“I was lucky enough to recently train with Roe while on vacation in Texas. I routinely workout with a trainer in DC so I was not expecting to find the workout challenging. Surprise, surprise the next day I was sore & could tell I had a great workout. It's always good to vary things up & Roe's class was an excellent way to get out of my routine. I wish I lived closer as I'd love to see how doing her training on a steady basis could impact me. She was an excellent trainer, very informative, friendly yet firm. I would highly recommend her.“

“Shanon was referred to me by a good friend. This is the first time I ever used this style of therapy, it changed my life. I now prefer this style over western therapy. If you’ve hit a dead in with therapists or in life in general, come see Shanon, she is a rare, gifted and spiritual find. She is truly something special. I’ll give myself some credit for placing myself in her office and doing the work she gifted.“

“Best massage ever! For Christmas my husband and I received a Couple Massage at Grapevine Massage and Yoga. Both my husband and I have gotten regular massages before at different Corporate Massage chain places but I have to say they don't come close to Grapevine Massage. Jill was fantastic and had address both of our issues. She was accommodating with the different types of massage we wanted. My husband got a deep tissue massage while I had a lighter version. Book a massage with her, so worth it!“

“Power Up Yoga is an incredible workout for your whole body, your mind, your heart, your lungs. I really look forward to going to the 6pm classes and winding down after work. Doreen and Fred are great instructors and always supportive and professional. They know when to encourage you to go further and respect you when your body needs to rest. The class is filled with great people of all ages that respect each other and the purpose for being there. It’s not a competition and not intimidating. My wife and I have made good friends in this class. We are really disappointed any time we have to miss a class. Power Up Yoga makes me happy! Thanks Doreen.“

“I absolutely adore this place and cannot praise it enough! The instructors are exceptionally talented and passionate about their work, and the classes they offer - ranging from calming yoga to energizing pilates and intense HIIT workouts - are some of the most exhilarating and rewarding experiences I have ever had. However, what truly sets this place apart from others is not just the top-notch quality of the classes, but also the incredible sense of community it fosters. I have made countless friends here and feel like I am part of a truly special and unique group. Every time I walk through the doors, I am greeted by a peaceful and joyful atmosphere that is hard to put into words. It has become my go-to destination, a sanctuary where I can not only exercise and improve myself but also connect with like-minded individuals who share my passions and interests. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for having discovered this amazing place! ❤️“
