After 16 years of usage my A/C finally stopped working. After calling around and getting quotes, decided to stay local and support local business. Decided to go with Danny Holland owner of Caprock Heating & Air Conditioning, this company was very responsive to us. Mr. Holland was very informative about the AC System I would be getting and was professional and friendly. We purchased a new A/C and Heating system. I would definitely recommend Caprock Heating & Air Conditioning. This was my first-time doing business with them, and was impressed with their technician's professionalism and service, they even cleaned up the spaces that were affected and removed all the debris!Great...read full review
Danny was absolutely amazing in finding the unit I needed and went above and beyond to get it and was very affordable as well. Everything went smooth and faster than with any company I've ever used. I would most defiantly recommend this company over any other.Service: HVAC system repair
Another stellar job by Derek and awesome communication by Patty. Our AC was acting funny with short cycles but with cold air. I mentioned the issue/details and Derek knew exactly the solution. He gave guidance to maintain our 2020 hvac (which he installed a few years ago). He also took time to clean the outside unit. I told neighbors before about caprock and will continue again to let everyone know my first choice at AC service in Cedar Park!!!!
