I have a piece of jewelry, which cannot be replaced, on which I wanted to engrave my name. Jewelers, especially those in Malls, typically strike me as flashy, phony and mainly interested in commissions. I was reluctant to use any of them. I asked some of my friends for a referral of someone they knew to be good and trustworthy; and, I was told that Invest-a-Cast was excellent. When I dropped the piece off, I was pleased by the down-to-earth, personable help which Robbin gave me. The engraving was done exactly as I wanted; and I can honestly say that I have seldom done business with such pleasant, caring and gracious business people.
