Chris is beyond amazing. I'm a newbee to golf but been fairly athletic most of my life. I really appreciate Chris' approach to focus on ensuring your fitness for golf as a primary focus, then we work the golf game. We not only work the golf game through technique but also evaluation through the technology to really see the swing mechanics in great detail. I can't say enough good things about Chris. On top of it all, he's a great guy. Highly recommend.

Six months ago, I started working with Chris. I am a female in my 50s, and I enjoy recreational golf. I thought a golf specific strength training program would help me improve, and I can already see results. By working with Chris once a week, and doing his workout on my own several times a week, I have already gained clubhead speed and distance. I recommend Chris to any woman who plays golf!
