Jim and his guys did a great job replacing old carpet with vinyl plank. Prices are fair and they delivered what we wanted on time and without headache. Installation guys were very professional and courteous. Highly recommended!

Contacted Comal Floors on Monday a.m. 11-22-21. I spoke with Jim and advised him that I needed to replace my entire carpet. We set up an appointment for Friday Nov 26th at 9:00a. He never showed or called. I called him at 10a to see what happened. He stated he had a bad back and that he was "sorry" (if I had a nickle for evertime I heard that word, I would be rich!). There is absolutely NO EXCUSE for not calling me and letting me know. I am not psychic. Him not calling me and his nonchalant attitude equals ZERO work ethic. MAJOR red flag

We were every please with the quality and installation services from Comal Floors & Interiors. Full service from beginning to end. Very knowledgeable. The owner is on sight to see that the job gets done correctly. We highly recommend them!
